Besni paneer ka salan

Making paneer qubes from besan is an interesting things it is spicy & inovative dish.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put all things for paneer making.add 1/2 cup water mix it very well.no lump should be formed.

* Step 2

Make a medium thick consistacy batter.

* Step 3

Heat a pan sprinkle some Butter in it.spread this batter in it.make a 1/4 inch thick layer.cook it 2 minutes one sided.flip it & cook 1 minute other sides.

* Step 4

Remove it from the flame.cut it 1 inch Cubs.

* Step 5

Fry it again in butter 2 minutes.

* Step 6

In another Heat pan add oil,let it hot.

* Step 7

Put cumin seeds cracle it.put garlic,saute it.add onion Brown it.

* Step 8

Add all powdered spices mix it.add little water Fry it.

* Step 9

Add curd mix it.cook it in the slow flame.

* Step 10

Add 1 glass of water,let it boil.add besni paneer.boil it in the medium flame.

* Step 11

Boil it 5 miniutes,then remove it from the flame.keep it a side for 30 miniutes for thicken greavy.

* Step 12

Serve it in a bowl.garnish it with coriander leaf.

* Step 13

It will go very well with boiled rice.
