Tandoori Momos

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl,put maida,salt,mix it.
* Step 3
Now grease a bowl with oil,put dough in it & sprinkle the oil in it. Cover it with cloth 20 minutes.Now keep it aside.
* Step 4
Now take a Heat pan,add 1 Tsp oil in it.let it hot.
* Step 6
Now add veggies.saute it.
* Step 7
Add chilli flakes, vinegar, sauce,salt mix it.
* Step 8
Add cornflour & mix it.remove it from the flame.
* Step 9
Take the dough,which we prepared,make small balls from this & roll it out.Make small thin circle from this balls.
* Step 10
Take this circle in hand & fill it prepared veggies.mold it like Momo's shape.
* Step 11
It can be made different styles.
* Step 12
Take a Momo steamer put 1 glass of water, let it be boil, arrange the Momos in steamer tray.Steam it 15 minutes.
* Step 13
After 15 miniutes take it out from the flame. Keep it in a plate.let it be cool.
* Step 14
Now make a tandoori paste.add all spices curd& oil together,mix it,& spread it on the Momos.
* Step 15
Now take a skewer, arrange all Momos in it.
* Step 16
Put it on the slow gas flame or tandoor for 2 minutes,sprinkle some oil in it.
* Step 17
Now take it out from the flame.serve it hot with sauce and chutney.
