Paper Dosa with coconut chutney

A good idea for simple break fast.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixture jar put all things execpt cumin, mustard and whole chilli.

* Step 2

Grind it with the help of water.

* Step 3

Take it out from the jar.

* Step 4

Temper it with cumin mustard seeds.

* Step 5

Heat a pan put oil,let it heat.

* Step 6

Add cumin seeds, mustard,red chilli,let it crackle.

* Step 7

Pour it in the Chutney.

* Step 8

Keep the batter whole night for fermentation.Grease a pan,let it heat pour dosa batter in it,spread it thinly.

* Step 9

Let it be crisp.

* Step 10

Serve it hot and crisp.

* Step 11

This batter can be kept for 2 days.

* Step 12

It can be use any time.
