Chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan put oil,heat it.

* Step 2

Put Bay leaf,cumin seeds,clove,black cardomam,satue it.

* Step 3

Put onion sautye it.add ginger garlic paste.fry it 2 miniutes.

* Step 4

Let it be golden.add tomato.cook it 2 miniutes.

* Step 5

Now add dal Roast it 5 miniutes.

* Step 6

Put all griend spice in it.stir it.

* Step 7

Add salt & water as required.lid it.

* Step 8

Cook it 8 miniutes,with 2 whistle.

* Step 9

Take it out from the flame.

* Step 10

Put it in serving plate.garnish it with coriander leaf.

* Step 11

Now a Rich dal is ready to serve.

* Step 12

No veggies are required with this dal. It is a spicy dal.
