Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heat pan put oil,let it hot.add Bay leaf.
* Step 2
Add cumin seeds, cracle it.
* Step 3
Add onion,satue it, add ginger & garlic.
* Step 4
When it gets pink,add greted haldi.cook & Fry it with onions.
* Step 5
Light brown it. Add chilli & coriander powder.mix it with the help of water.
* Step 6
Add cardamam, salt, & garam masala.
* Step 7
Add 2 cup of water,lid it, cook it 2 miniutes.
* Step 8
Open the lid,cook it 5 miniutes.
* Step 9
Remove it from the flame,add 1 Tsp mango powder.
* Step 10
Serve it in a bowl. garnish it with coriander leaves.
* Step 11
