Sweet potatoes puva

Healthy for any age groups,Rich with vitamins,& minerals.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

30 miniutes
1/2 cup

Wheat flour

4 tsp

Malai

4 tsp

Sugar

1/2 tsp

Saunf powder

4 tsp

Khoya

As required

Ghee or oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put boiled sweet potatoes mash it.

* Step 2

Now put all things together except oil.

* Step 3

Mix all ingredients very well.

* Step 4

Keep it aside to rest for 30 minutes

* Step 5

Now take the dough & make small balls from this.

* Step 6

Flatten it make all puvas by hands, because they are very delicate.

* Step 7

Heat a pan put ghee in it.let it get hot.

* Step 8

Put all puvas in it. Fry it untill golden & crispy.

* Step 9

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 10

Serve it hot Or cool.

* Step 11

It can be taken any time of snacks.

* Step 12

Note__skin can glow by using this.
