Aata(wheat flour)&Bran halwa

Any time it can be made.a healthier version of halwa.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 miniute
150 GM

wheat flour

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

Ghee Desi

4 tsp

Malai

1 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan put flour &Bran together.

* Step 2

Roast it in medium flame 3 miniutes,then slow the flame & Roast it 2 miniutes.

* Step 3

Now add half ghee & Roast it again 2 miniutes.

* Step 4

Add milk & stir it.

* Step 5

Add 1 glass of water cook it 1 miniute.stir it continuesly.

* Step 6

Add sugar mix it well.

* Step 7

Add cardamom Powder & mix it.now halwa will be some dry.

* Step 8

It's like wet dough consistacy.

* Step 9

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 10

Put it in a plate.

* Step 11

Garnish it with dry fruits.

* Step 12

Serve it hot - hot.

* Step 13

It can be taken any time.

* Step 14

It can be serve like a sweet dish.
