Made by besan an innovative recipe.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Besan

4 tsp

Curd

2 tsp

Desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put besan,cumin,salt,curd,ginger,garLIC paste,some oil,saunf,mix it well with the help of water.

* Step 2

Make dough for this.rest it 30 miniute.

* Step 3

Make medium balls from this.

* Step 4

In another pan boil the 1 glass of water.add some oil in it so that balls do not stic together.

* Step 5

Add prepared balls in it let them boil 10 miniute.when they will complete the boiling they will flot on the water.

* Step 6

Take it out cool them.

* Step 7

In a woke Heat the oil put cumin seeds, crackle it, add onion,ginger, garLIC,Fry it golden.

* Step 8

Add all powdered spice& water Fry it.2 miniute.add salt.

* Step 9

Cut boiled balls which shaps you like.put it in this masala.

* Step 10

Add water for Gravy.boil it 5 miniutes.

* Step 11

Greavy should be medium thick.

* Step 12

Temper it desi ghee,clove & chopped garLIC.

* Step 13

Garnish it with coriander leave.

* Step 14

Now a lovely dish is ready to serve.

* Step 15

Rice is very good for this dish.
