Maize & soya flour mix muffins stuffed by Nutritional things

It is healthy & delicious recipe. My own inovetion.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 serves

Cooking time :

30 minutes
2 tsp

Curd

To taste

Salt

1 tsp

Thiym

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

25 gm

Paneer

1 tsp

Origeno

1/2 tsp

Chilli flaks

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all 1st things like pouring consistency batter & pour it in muffins tray.

* Step 2

Keep it into preheated oven at 180. For 10 minutes or until it bake golden.

* Step 3

(stuffings) Heat the pan put butter, add ginger garlic paste add onion, paneer, capsicum, tomato puree,&fry it 1 minute.

* Step 4

Add salt, chilli flakes, origeno,jalapeno, coriander leaf,& meyonis. Stirr it.add grated chees & remove from the gas.. let them cool.

* Step 5

Remove muffins from the tray, make hole in the central for stuffings.

* Step 6

Put all fried mixture in muffins with the help of spoon & keep it in the preheated oven for 8 minutes 180 tumpretur.

* Step 7

After baking arrange it in a tray & serve it hot with sweet & sour sauce.

* Step 8

These muffins are healthy & can use breakfast or snacks.
