Asian Salad

I tried this salad decades ago and has been a favorite since then. It’s crunchy, refreshing and tasty.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
2 tablespoons

soy sauce

1/4 cup

rice vinegar

1/2 cup

sugar

1 tablespoon

vegetable oil

3 tablespoons (1 ounce)

sesame seeds

2 tablespoons

slivered almonds

1/2 teaspoon

sesame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sauté topping ingredients in vegetable and sesame oils. Set aside.

Boil the dressing ingredients for 1 minute. Let cool and store in a jar.

Assemble salad. Serve greens, scatter topping, and drizzle the dressing.
