Whole wheat chocolate chip muffins

I wanted something healthier than plan muffins. These are made with whole wheat and are more dense than those made with white flour but not a bit less delicious! These are great drizzled with honey and eaten with a thick cut slick of ham or bacon! My kids just love them!

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 muffins

Cooking time :

15 minutes
1 c.

Milk

1/3 c.

Brown sugar

2 Tbsp.

Sugar

2 Tbsp.

Honey

1/4 tsp.

Salt

1/3 c.

Coconut oil

1/2 tsp.

Baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

* Step 2

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.)

* Step 3

Spoon into cupcake tins 2/3's full.

* Step 4

Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
