Rice Egg

This is very simple plain &non spicy recipe with full of mint flavour.but we take it with tomatoes & mint pickle .

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put salt & 2 spoons chopped mint into 1 bowl potato pure.

* Step 2

Mix it well & make small small 7,8 balls.

* Step 3

Take 2 bowl of cooked rice & mash it.

* Step 4

When rice ' ll be like soft dough, take a bit rice on your Palm flat it pressing between both of your palms.

* Step 5

Keep a potato ball into rice and close it well.

* Step 6

Now deep those all balls in egg & roll it in bread crumbs.

* Step 7

Finally deep fry on medium gas.

* Step 8

And serve it with hot ketchup or anything else you like.
