Gluten free low carb meatloaf

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

* Step 2

Sauté onions, mushrooms and bell peppers taking care not to brown. Set aside to cool.

* Step 3

In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, veggies and spices (all ingredients except ketchup). Combine with your hands until all ingredients are incorporated.

* Step 4

Pat the mix into a free form loaf shape. With a pastry brush, top meatloaf with ketchup.

* Step 5

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
