Chilli Fry

Be very careful when you prepare this snack. Wash hands immediately after dealing with chillies. Wear gloves if you have to. You don't have to slice the chilli. If you want you can dip it as a whole. I sliced it to make sure I didn't miss any seeds. Some people won't remove the seeds, but I can't handle that much spicy food 😱

Baking Soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slit the chillies & take out the seeds completely. Then slice into long pieces.

* Step 2

Mix gram flour, salt, baking soda, chilli powder, turmeric powder & water into a thick batter without any lumps.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan. Dip the chillies in the batter, covering both sides & deep fry till golden brown.
