Ancho chile-lime sauce

I use this on steak

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt 1T butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add shallot, chile powder, garlic, flour, cumin, salt, and cayenne and cook until shallot is softened, 2 minutes.

* Step 2

Stir in broth and bring to simmer. Cook until slightly thickened, 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and whisk in remaining 3T butter, 1 piece at a time, until dissolved. Take off heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
