Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. Use a large bowl to mix the eggs, coconut oil and milk. Add in the flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Stir until mixture thickens- the flour absorbs the wet ingredients.

* Step 2

In a greased bread pan (9x5), spread mixture evenly. Bake for 35-45 minutes. The top will be golden brown and a toothpick will come out clean.

* Step 3

Allow to cool completely and enjoy.
