Wilted Spinach salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine spinach, onions and eggs in a large salad bowl. Cook the bacon until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels. Pour off 3 Tbsp of bacon drippings into a small pot. Add the vinegar, water, sugar and S&P to the drippings and heat to boiling, stirring to blend. Pour over the spinach mixture and toss. Sprinkle bacon on top and serve.
