My Sister’s Potato Salad
I just attended a summer party with my family and had my sister’s potato salad. It was fantastic. Very different from my other recipes. It had a lot of egg in it which I loved.
Ingredient
Food ration :
10-12 people
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add potatoes to a boiling pan of water. For some additional flavor you can substitute chicken broth for the water. Cover pan and cook for 15-20 minutes. You want them cooked but still a little firm. Drain, cool, and chop into small cubes. About 1/2"-1".
* Step 2
In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper. In another large bowl add the chopped potatoes, egg, and celery. Pour mayonnaise mixture over the potatoes and gently mix together.
* Step 3
Transfer potato salad to a serving dish or tray and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
