Summer Salad

In summer it seems like so many fresh things taste great together. This salad is a prime example of that. This is enough for 1-2 people as a side salad.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 mins prep
1 Tb

tahini

Pinch

sea salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Tear washed and dried lettuce in bite sized pieces

* Step 2

Wash, hull and slice strawberries in 2 pieces

* Step 3

Wash blueberries

* Step 4

Add fruits and vegetables to salad bowl

* Step 5

Mix tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle over salad.

* Step 6

Sprinkle salt & pepper over salad

* Step 7

Toss and Enjoy!
