You can find stew spice mix in any store over here. But I find it way to expensive and the main ingredient is salt! Like in any bought spice mix. I make this in a badge good for 5 kg meat

sechuan corns

black pepper
30 gr
selery salt
40 gr
sweet paprika powder
5 gr
maze
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Warm the coriander and sechuan and crush it in a morter
* Step 2
Add all the other spices. Put in a airtide container
