Learn how to make the perfect pie crust, then fill up with your favorite filling.

Ingredient

salt

1 teaspoon

baking powder

1 teaspoon

vinegar

8 tablespoons

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl together with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain.

* Step 2

Add the vinegar and the water and mix to create a ball-shaped dough.

* Step 3

Wrap the dough in cling film (you can also put it in a Tupperware) and stick it in the refrigerator for an hour.

* Step 4

Once that time has passed, roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

* Step 5

Carefully place the dough in a pie dish and that's the hard work done!

* Step 6

Put it in the oven according to the instructions of whichever pie recipe you are using.
