Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins

Ingredient

1/3 cup

flour

1 1/2 tbsp

melted butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix sugar and butter for blueberry muffin in a medium sized bowl.

* Step 2

Add eggs to the mixture and mix until smooth.

* Step 3

Then add flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and milk gently fold using a rubber spatula until completely combined.

* Step 4

Cover blueberries in flour and add to batter. If there are any blueberries juices left in the container or bowl add to the mixture.

* Step 5

Place baking cups in muffin tin and fill with the batter.

* Step 6

In separate bowl, Mix together melted butter, sugar, and flour to create the streusel topping.

* Step 7

Add streusel to top of muffin batter and add additional blueberries if wanted.

* Step 8

Bake at 375F for 30-35 mins.

* Step 9

Let cool and enjoy!!!
