California Farm Portobello Wagyu Hamburger

A gourmet dinner, butter fried wagyu beef hamburger between butterflied portobello mushroom slices. A delicacy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make quarter pound wagyu hamburger patties, same diameter as mushroom caps, rub with garlic, salt, pepper.

* Step 2

Butterfly, slice portobello mushrooms horizontal. Braise in butter 5 minutes each side.

* Step 3

Slice onions, braise 5 minutes in butter, flip, 3 minutes other side. Braise thick tomato slices, both sides, 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Brush mushrooms with balsamic vinegar. Place over fresh basil leaf. Braise onion, lay on top. Braise tomato, lay on top. Braise hamburger patties with or without optional crumbled cheddar cheese on top, lay on tomato. Lay fresh slices of avocado on top. Top with creamy cucumber dressing. Enjoy.
