🌮Tilapia tacos with simple salsa 🌮

Suddenly craving for tilapia. Since hubby is not coming home for dinner. I am going to cook for myself. It’s not a vegetarian but still #oilfree dish. Gonna cook something simple, easy, tasty, and of course healthy🥰 So here what I am going to make. A delicious tilapia taco with very simple salsa.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For marinated the tilapia: First, rinse and pat dry the tilapia and rubs with lemon juice. Set aside.

* Step 2

In a small bowl combine all the seasoning and rubs on all the sides of tilapia. (You might not use all the seasoning)

* Step 3

Heat up the non-stick skillet over medium heat. Then add the tilapia fillet. Grilled on both sides for about 3-4 minutes each.

* Step 4

Meanwhile make a salsa by combining all the salsa ingredients. Combined well, add lemon juice and salt to taste.

* Step 5

Warm up the tortilla.

* Step 6

Transfer the tilapia fillet onto tortilla. Spoon the salsa on top of the tilapia, add some more cilantro, and drizzled with lemon juice, and serve warm. Enjoy 😊
