The Sambal Ikan Bilis Melt
If you are a Singaporean, you probably heard of the Canadian Pizza secret menu. One of the items is Sambal Ikan Bilis pizza!

* Step 1
You can check out my previous post on how to make shokupan.
* Step 2
Soak the ikan bilis in warm water for 1 hour.
* Step 3
Season with salt, pepper & sugar.
* Step 4
Sauté until well combined.
* Step 5
Bring the heat up to low.
* Step 6
If you are not residing in Singapore, you can replace the sambal with any chili or hot sauce of your preference. Harissa, Sambal Oelek, or Thai Red Chili Sauce will be awesome as well.
* Step 7
Cover & cook for about 1 to 2 mins or until the bottom is crisp-browned.
