10 minute turkey manhattan

10 minute turkey manhattan

You can use homemade mashed potatoes and homemade gravy if you like but this is fast and delicious

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people
2 slices

bread

1 packet

brown gravy

1 tablespoon

sour cream

1 tablespoon

cream cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare instant potatoes as directed and mix in sour cream and cream cheese.

* Step 2

Place slice of bread on a plate and cut turkey slice in half and place on top of bread.

* Step 3

Scoop a nice size scoop of mashed potatoes on top the turkey and bread and top with gravy. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with dried parsley if you wish.
