Homemade Graham Crackers recipe
Graham Crackers are widely used in baked goods and desserts but are not available in all countries so I decided to share my recipe for a batch of graham crackers when I don't have access to some.
And feel free to double this recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix to combine.
* Step 2
Next, add in the butter. With a fork or your hands, rub the butter into the dry ingredients until evenly distributed and the mixture resembles wet sand.
* Step 3
Add in the honey and mix it in and form a dough ball.
* Step 4
Wrap with plastic wrap/cling film and pat down to form a disk.
* Step 5
Refrigerate for an hour. After an hour, take it out, if it is too hard to roll, let it thaw for afew minutes till firm but easy to roll.
* Step 6
Heavily flour a work surface and roll out the dough to about 1/4 of an inch thickness. With a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut out as many rectangles as you can. With a fork, prick some holes on the crackers and transfer them to a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
* Step 7
Gather the rest of the dough and form a ball with it again. Roll out and cut out more crackers till all the dough is used up.
* Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees fahrenheit on the center rack for 10 minutes.
* Step 9
Let cool and they are ready to be eaten, used for s'mores or used for a pie crust. Happy baking!
