Masala Fox nuts

Fox nuts are low in calories and high in fibre and good carbs. They are high in potassium and magnesium hence beneficial for people with high blood pressure. Great for bones and teeth as it also contains calcium. Also helps in reducing kidney related problems.. etc etc... I hope you don’t need any more reasons to enjoy this savoury snack.

5-7 mins
200 g

fox nuts

2 tsp

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Once hot lower flame put hing and rest of spices and salt.

* Step 2

Put fox nuts in it and roast for about 3-4 mins. Shut off flame and let it rest for sometime. This will make fox nuts nice and crispy.
