Chicken Paws

Chicken feet sometimes called chicken paws, make the richest broths. I wanted to make chicken and pork soup which turned out so delicious, my oldest granddaughter ate the soup before her grilled cheese sandwich!!! So the leftover chicken feet have more to give so I made this recipe.

Ingredient

1-3/4 pounds

chicken feet

1 teaspoon

salt

2 quarts

chicken broth

1/2 cup

honey

1/3 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

rice vinagar

1-1/2 tablespoons

tomato ketchup

2 stalks

green onion

1 tablespoon

toasted sesame seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash feet and clip the nails. Rinse off the feet again.

* Step 2

Throw away the nails. Add the feet to the hot broth. Boil 30-40 minutes.

* Step 3

Add the feet to a pan and dry fry for about 7 minutes. Add the simmer ingredients, except for carrots, onion, and sesame seeds.

* Step 4

Add carrots and stir in. Simmer covered for 20 minutes then add sesame seeds.

* Step 5

Slice the onions. Add onions and serve I hope you enjoy!!!
