Country Style Ribs and Rice
This was a weekly or bi-weekly meal, that me and my children enjoyed eating when they were growing up.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the pork ribs. Season and sear the ribs.
* Step 2
I had to sear the ribs in batches. Then cover in water. Boil the ribs till done.
* Step 3
Stir in the rice. Let cook till done. Serve. I hope you enjoy!!!!!!
