Pico de gallo-Hotdog

Pico de gallo-Hotdog

I hope this doesn't discourage anyone but this really is pretty good!! Hotdogs really isn't dogs, and pico de gallo really isn't rooter beaks. Pico de gallo literally means rooster beak.

Ingredient

29 ounces

sauerkraut

1 pound

hotdogs

1 cup

tomatoes

To taste

kosher salt

1 tablespoons

parsley chopped

1 tablespoons

cilantro chopped

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I used cherry tomatoes so I sliced them in half. Slice the jalapenos in half and remove the ribs and seeds, then dice. Dice the shallots.

* Step 2

Heat a skillet with sauerkraut with its juices. Slice the hot dogs and then add the hotdogs to the sauerkraut.

* Step 3

Push the hotdog pieces into the sauerkraut and cover. Simmer till the juices are absorbed into the hotdogs.

* Step 4

Add the herbs and spices to the pico de gallo along with the lemon juice. Mix well.

Serve the pic de gallo over the hotdog and sauerkraut. I hope you enjoy!!
