Hortobágyi palacsinta pörkölt
Hungarian meat filled crepes. I have a few Hungarian friends I met working with. Someone on the site here suggested I check out a few recipes from Hungary. So I asked my friends. Here is what I came up with. It's dedicated to all my friends and to the one here who suggested it. Thank you all, I hope you enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Boil the water and add tomatoes
* Step 4
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
* Step 5
Cook the meat filling adding all the ingredients listed in the filling group above.
* Step 6
Drain the juices from the pörkölt/ stew after its done. Make sure the onions are tender and meat is browned. The tomatoes should be cooked down well. Use a sieve to drain the pörkölt.
* Step 7
Save the juices for the sauce.
* Step 8
Mix the eggs, milk, and flour to make a batter.
* Step 9
Heat a nonstick pan and coat with oil enough to coat bottom
* Step 10
Pour in about 1/4 cup batter and quickly tilt the pan to coat with a thin circle of batter. When the top begins to dry, flip to cook the other side. Cook until the bottom begins to turn golden, about 1 minute.
* Step 11
Repeat till all the batter is cooked
* Step 12
Mix the cup of sour cream 4 tablespoon flour with the pörkölt juices. Blend till smooth.
* Step 13
To the crepes add the meat filling to be divided evenly in each one.
* Step 14
Fold the sides inwards and roll like a wrap/ burrito.
* Step 15
Put into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick. As you roll them.
* Step 16
Pour your sauce over the top of all the palacsinta/ meat filled crepes
* Step 17
Bake in oven 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately with a dollop of sour cream.
