bacon Drippings

1 cup

water

1 tablespoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the Smokies and add to a pot

* Step 2

Chop the cabbage and add bacon drippings and salt.

Heat mixing well Crack the black pepper. Stirring it in. Coat everything well with the bacon drippings

Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add water. Cover and cook 20 minutes stirring occasionally add sugar.

Cook 15 minutes more, covered.
