Swiss Patties

Delicious , low carb used as an entree for dinner

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoons

coconut amino

1 teaspoon

dehydrated onions

as needed

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the ingredients except water, onions, and cheese. Add onion to a tablespoon of water, let sit 10 minutes. keep the onion but discard the water

* Step 2

Form two patties add oil and heat the skillet. Then add the patties

* Step 3

Cook in skillet till done turning as needed

* Step 4

Add cheese and onions to top of each pattie. Let cheese melt. If cheese doesn't melt add 2 tablespoons of water to skillet and cover for about 1-2 minutes
