Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Trim any unwanted silver skin fat and so on....
* Step 3
Add meat tenderizer and ground black pepper to both sides put into a bag
* Step 4
Add vinegar and oil. Then squeeze all the air out and seal. Let sit till grill is hot. I used the wood to help flavor it. No charcoal this time.
* Step 5
Grill on the grill, discard the extra juices in bag
* Step 6
Turn as often as needed add some of the butter when half way grilled
* Step 7
At the end add the rest of the butter on top of beef
* Step 8
Let sit 15 minutes then slice and serve hope you enjoy!
