Rib tips in a cast iron skillet
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat skillet get hot. Add oil let it get hot. Put ribs in Add half the salt, pepper, and garlic to the top side of ribs.
* Step 2
Sear on that side turn when seared. add the rest of salt, pepper and garlic on the second side. Cook with a lid over the top.
* Step 3
Cook till done let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy
