Spicy pickles

Ingredient

1/3 cup

kosher salt

1 1/2 tbsp

turmeric

1/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the vinegar and water.

Add cucumbers to jar

* Step 3

Add pepper, and garlic to a liter jar that has been sterilized. Add bay leaf, salt, turmeric, and mustard seed to jar.

* Step 4

Pour hot vinegar solution over the top of cucumbers till full. Add lid let cool. As it cools it will cause a suction and seal lid.

* Step 5

Let sit 2 weeks. Refrigerate after opening. It will last as long as a regular jar of pickles
