Easy chicken Casserole
Today was one of the days where I was fasting and running around all day. This dish is so healthy, easy, and definitely delicious. Cooking healthy meals for your family doesn't need to be off limits. It was easy to put together that I got all my chores done right before I heard that beep from the oven. To the point where

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, pre-heat your oven to 400. Next, chop your chicken breasts into bite sizes and rinse your brown rice until water runs clear. Lastly, prepare the rest.
* Step 2
Second, in a large baking pan add your 4 ingredients as shown.
* Step 3
Third, on medium heat in a sauce pan; add your milk, water, and Sazon Goya. Next, add one cup of cheese and continue mixing until your cheese sauce forms. Its also ok if it doesn't, it will be cooking well in the oven.
* Step 4
Fourth, pour the sauce over your ingredients and mix well until combined. Place in oven for 30 minutes then add your last cup of cheese to the toap. Place back in oven for 15-20 minutes or until top is golden. Enjoy 😋
