3 cans

tuna

2 cups

almond milk

1/2 teaspoon

onion powder

1/2 teaspoon

garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon

Himalayan salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

* Step 2

In a large pot, boil noodles until tender, drain and return to the pot

* Step 3

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to noodles

* Step 4

Sauté onions, carrots, and peas in a tablespoon of butter until tender

* Step 5

Add sautéed vegetables to the pot with the noodles

* Step 6

Add Mayonnaise to noodle pot

* Step 7

Add spices to the noodle mixture

* Step 8

Add tuna to the pot with noodles and stir together until evenly distributed

* Step 9

Pour half of the mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish

* Step 10

Layer on half of the shredded cheese

* Step 11

Add the remainder of the noodle mixture

* Step 12

Add the rest of the cheese

* Step 13

In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk and pour evenly over the noodles

* Step 14

Bake casserole in the oven for 20 minutes

* Step 15

Remove casserole from oven

* Step 16

Crush crackers and spread over the top of the casserole

* Step 17

Bake for 10 more minutes or until brown
