Methi Masala Khakhra
Khakhra is a very thin snack in Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisines of Western India. These are the most common to eat among Jain people. It is made from moth bean, wheat flour and oil. It is usually served during breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, oil. Then add fenugreek leaves and add water to make flour. Make the dough a little harder.
* Step 2
Let this dough rest for about 20 minutes, then roll a thin khakhra.
* Step 3
Fry the Khakhara from both the sides on very low flame, it takes about 4-5 minutes in the Khakhara.
Khakhara is ready, serve it with hot tea.
