Parmesan Chicken Casserole over rice

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut/Dice the chicken into small square pieces. Set aside.

* Step 2

Now, in a bowl, combine mayonnaise, only use 3/4 of the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set aside the remaining 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese.

* Step 3

Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish (I use glass Pyrex dishes), and place your diced chicken into the pan.

* Step 4

Spread your mayo mixture on top of the diced chicken in the baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese.

* Step 5

Bake @ 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with fresh cooked noodles or rice. Add marinara or spaghetti sauce to noodles if you’d like and add casserole to the top.
