Schezwan Fried Rice

2 Cups Chopped

Carrots

5-7 Finely Chopped

Spring Onion

1 Cup Chopped

Cabbage

1/4 Cup

Green Beans

To Taste

1 Tbsp

Soy Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In A Pan Heat Oil. Once It Got Hot, Add The Spring Onion To It And Sauté For A Minute.

* Step 2

Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Cook For 2 Minutes. Add All The Veggies And Allow Them To Cook And Let It Absorb Flavours And Aroma From Ginger And Garlic.

* Step 3

Add The Soy Sauce, Salt And Cooked Rice.

* Step 4

Gently Mix The Veggies With The Rice. So That Grain Won't Break. Let The Rice Heat Up Thoroughly, Garnish With Spring Onions.

* Step 5

Serve Veggie Fried Rice With Yogurt Or Curry.
