Brain Masala (bheja Fry)

Ingredient

Lemon Juice

1/2 tablespoon

Red Chilli Powder

1 1/2 tablespoon

Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon

Garam Masala

to taste

Salt

1/2 cup

Plain Yogurt

4 tablespoon

Cooking Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the brain thoroughly and boil in water.

* Step 2

After boiling remove the brain from the water and remove any membrane and nerves carefully. Cut brain into small pieces.

* Step 3

Heat cooking oil in a wok and fry the sliced onion until they are golden brown.

* Step 4

Remove half of the onions and set aside. Add spices, ginger and garlic paste, plain yogurt, green chilies and salt.

* Step 5

Fry well for about 10 minutes by adding a little water if needed.

* Step 6

Add the brain and gently mix it. Do not stir with a spoon. When the oil separates, sprinkle with chopped coriander, lemon juice, finely chopped ginger and green chillies.

* Step 7

For the best results wash the brain properly. So that No membrane and nerves left behind
