Moong,Yam and Carrot Croquettes

Green gram, Yam and Carrot Croquettes are easy to make and are perfect for babies, toddlers and everyone.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan over a medium high heat. Add carrots and reduce the heat, and sauté for 5 mins.

* Step 2

Add moong dal and Yams and stir for a further 5 mins.

* Step 3

Add the water, cover and simmer on a low heat for approx. 15 mins.Mash together and let it cool.

* Step 4

Add egg to the mixture and combine.

* Step 5

Start forming Croquettes shape by taking 1 -2 tbsp of mixture in hand then coat it into bread crumbs.

* Step 6

Place on a greased baking tray, lightly spray with oil and cook for approx. 30 mins (until golden)

* Step 7

Serve with yogurt dip for kids and sauce for adults.
