Cheesy Potato N peas Croquettes

Ingredient

Food ration :

20 Minutes
3 table spoon

Peas frozen or boiled

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli

1/2 teaspoon

Masala

1/2 teaspoon

Amchoor Powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes,pea grated cheese. Taste the mixture. Season with salt and spices.

* Step 2

Wrap the potato mixture. Press together and roll into a bowl.

* Step 3

Now take the breadcrumbs. Beat the egg. Dip each croquette in egg wash and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

* Step 4

Repeat again – you need to double coat them. Repeat with the rest of the croquettes.

* Step 5

Heat up the oil in a medium sauce pan. When the oil is hot enough, add half of the croquettes in. Once they have nice golden brown color, take them out and place onto a few sheets of paper kitchen towel to get rid of the excess oil. Repeat with the other half.

* Step 6

Or for more healthier version bake in oven for 15 minutes.
