Dal Wali Jalebi

#rainbow3 Jalebi, also known as zulbia, is a sweet popular food in some parts of South Asia, West Asia, North Africa, and Yeast Africa. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. They are particularly popular in Iran and in the Indian subcontinent.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the Urad Dal and Rice in a Blender by adding water to it.

* Step 2

Make sure this paste should not be too thick and not too thin. Pour in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients.

* Step 3

Now fill this paste in a piping bag (you can use soft plastic bag or cloth).

* Step 4

Cut it from the bottom and start frying jalebis.

* Step 5

Cook in Moderately hot Ghee. Cook till Bubbling Reduces.

* Step 6

Flip to cook till crisp.

* Step 7

Cook in Moderately hot Ghee. Cook till Bubbling Reduces.
