Very tasty and special for Muharram month

Ingredient

Food ration :

250 g

khowa

500 kg

Sooji

350 g

sugar

As needed

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take sooji in a big bowl mix slowly with khowa

* Step 2

Put some cordomom powder and dry fruits (powder or piece) mix it well

* Step 3

Put sugar as per your taste again mix it well

* Step 4

Take saffron milk pour slowly don't put all milk make sure it will not be so sticky it should be soft keep for resting at least 2hrs

Make small balls and Put in a baking tray and garnish with some almonds on the top

* Step 6

Pre heat oven at 180° for 10 mints then put the trays inside the oven bake it for 20 mints.
