Phulka Roti
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take wheat flour and add salt, and oil.
* Step 2
Start making a dough by adding water in between as needed. Make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Grease the dough with a little bit of oil and let it rest for 10 mins
* Step 4
Take a small portion from the dough and make a ball. Flatten it out, by pressing down a little.
* Step 5
Now cover it with dry wheat flour to help when rolling it out.
* Step 6
Start rolling the portion out into a circle using a rolling pin.
* Step 7
In a hot tawa, place the roti
* Step 8
After a few seconds flip the roti
* Step 9
Now again after a few second lift the roti and cook properly on the gas flame.
* Step 10
Use this same process to make the rest of your phulka rotis
* Step 11
Enjoy your garma garam phulka roti with any curry or daal.
