Chocolate Rice Pudding

Ingredient

5 cups

water

1/3 cup

brown sugar

3/4 cup

almond milk

1 tbsp

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gently melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water stir until smooth and fully melted Remove from heat Set aside

* Step 2

Rinse and strain rice Transfer to a saucepan and add water Bring to the boil Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is soft and liquid thickens

* Step 3

Add sugar melted chocolate almond milk and cornflour to the rice and stir through Simmer for 5 minutes

* Step 4

Remove from heat and let sit for 45 minutes

* Step 5

Spoon into serving glass Serve with cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
