Walnuts Barfi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix together the sugar milk powder and milk and nutmeg powder or elaichi powder keep aside
* Step 2
In a microwave safe bowl mix together the walnuts and ghee and microwave on high for 3 minutes stirring once after every 1 minute
* Step 3
Add the milk mixture mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds
* Step 4
Remove and spread in a greased tray and allow to set 1 hour
* Step 5
Cut into shapes of your choice and garnish with pistachios
